Due to an unexpected family emergency I will be unable to participate in the 'thon this year :(
I have discussed this thoroughly with my husband and we don't see a feasible way around our family obligations. We are both really upset.

Bloggers stay up 24 hours, posting every half hour (49 posts) on July 28, 2007. People sponser said bloggers either a lump sum or per post, the money collected will go to the charity the blogger has decided to sponsor. It's really great!!
What is a sponsorship?
When it gets closer to Blogathon, you can click the image above and it will take you to my personal sponsor page. On that page you will be able to input your information, your name, and email address. And you can pledge to donate a certain amount to my charity. Once the blogathon is over, and I have stayed up my 24 hours, and made my 48 posts every 30 minutes, you will be sent an email from the blogathon owners. And you can pay what ever amount you have pledged.
How do I sponsor?

2. If you haven't signed up yet, you have to register before you can pledge. Don't worry, all you need is your name, email address and password for yourself. If you already have signed up, you need to log in by using the email address you entered and the password you chose.

What is GHGSDR?
An adoption agency dedicated to saving as many German Shepherds in the Greater Houston, Texas area as humanly possible -- based on current resources of available foster homes, the rate at which we can find suitably matched adoptive homes, and, of course, financial resources for veterinary care.
Why did I choose this Charity?
My German Shepherd, Sherman, is a rescue dog and I just want to help find homes for dogs that may not be as lucky as he was in finding a home.

It's done!! It's done!! I DID IT!! WE ALL DID IT!! *rejoices and cries a little*
WE RAISED $120 FOR REACH OUT AND READ!! :)
It was harder than I thought it was going to be... but also a lot more fun!!
Quick Rundown:
1. I interviewed FIVE poet bloggers
2. I wrote a couple of haiku
3. I was REALLY sick!! :P
4. I got interviewed on BERadio by Lewis about my blog!
5. I made 2 Dolls and showed progress.
6. I figured out Sudoku!!
7. I did a few space filling memes and posted some pics
8. I sank into sleep deprivation and my posts started to suck

Alright since I only have two posts left and I haven't done anything useful since about 1AM I wanted to make sure I made a post to thank everyone.
First off I want to thank my boyfriend for staying up with me THE WHOLE TIME! He's been camping Notorious Monsters on FFXI and keeping me company, getting my food and kleenexes the whole time!! So thank you baby... I really would have starved without you. <3

Alright my three S's are failing me. Shower, Soda, Sudoku. But it's just ONE more hour!! This is probably going to be my last "I've sunk into the depths of sleep deprivation post." I'll post some shoutouts and a recap for the next twp probably... and then I can sink into the blissful abyss that is sleep. I'm glad I got all my blogging about the charity out of the way early.
It is officially daylight. This is the latest/earliest I have stayed up in... well... since last summer. I think I am staying up longer this time because I have been up since 8AM... and usually I sleep till noon... plus I have been sick... *ramble ramble* Okay time to press post... Soon you will be rid of my nonsensical-ness...? or whatever.

Sometimes I will randomly ask people what kind of animal I remind them of. Oddly when I sent a letter to my favorite author Chuck Palahniuk he sent me a quail. Do I remind you of a quail? Some people have told me a kitten... I dunno. I tried to engage Michael in the "what do I remind you of" game... he just makes up stuff so I will shuttup. Regardless, he reminds me of an otter.

Hey in case anyone was wondering how sick I am... my snot is green! And I have really bad fever cramps in my back. Woo! I'm bringing sexy back!! But there's no way I am stopping now... only 3 more hours here!!
Earlier I posted a blurb about my dog Sherman so I thought... I will post a nice picture of us together as some filler... I am definitely regretting not planning these last posts out beforehand... but I was a bit cavalier with the whole blogathon... I only joined about 2 weeks beforehand. What is your favourite time of day?
About 5 hours ago... seriously. I like midnight. It's so quiet and peaceful, most of the world is asleep... but it's still not too late to go out or grab some fast food. Plus the end of all the good TV shows is on.
Right now thought... I think 8AM CST is going to be my favorite time of day for Sunday :)
Sudoku #2 is Successfully accomplished. It's hard to concentrate between posting in IRC and listening to the radio... but I've gotten two in my first night of trying them!! :)

What things do you think are beautiful?
I love nature! But specifically I think fish are beautiful. In my opinion they are living art forms. They come in all colors, shapes, sizes and can be placed against a million different backdrops. Before I moved out of my house I had 4 fishtanks. <3
